Telehealth Consultation

Schedule a 20-minute virtual consultation with a licensed provider at a time that’s good for you.

Your telehealth appointment includes a detailed discussion about your health history, treatment goals, personal preferences, and other considerations. The MD will also answer questions and address any concerns you have about ketamine therapy.

Delivery

After the consultation, you’ll decide whether you receive your monthly supply through one of our trusted pharmacies or a pharmacy of your choice. Your monthly at-home treatment kit is delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 business days.

You and your provider will discuss dosages in detail during your initial appointment. This helps your provider determine the best Horizon dose for your unique needs. You’ll then receive 30 days of medication at this dosage each month, unless your prescription changes. Dosages can only be changed by the prescribing provider. 

You can discuss dose changes with your provider through secure messaging in the member area.

Mindscape Rx offers two different methods for administering Horizon dose ketamine therapy:

Nasal Administration

Intranasal medication delivery provides quick absorption and rapid onset of effects. Our nasal sprays contain both ketamine and oxytocin.
